Acceptance of Terms

Account Management

The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds therein.

You are solely responsible for:

Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed at wp999's sole discretion with reasonable prior notice where practicable.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by wp999, though individual payment providers may apply their own limits.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a successful deposit on the same account (the "payment method return" policy).
• wp999 targets a withdrawal processing time of 1–3 business days from the time of request approval. Processing times may vary during peak periods or due to additional verification requirements.
• wp999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) on any withdrawal request, including requesting identity documents, source of funds documentation, or other supporting evidence before releasing funds.
• Withdrawal requests made before satisfying applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus will be declined or will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.

Bonuses & Promotions

wp999 may offer various bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "rollover requirement") which must be satisfied before any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• wp999 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to the fulfilment of a wagering requirement, and at what percentage. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.

• Any player found to be exploiting bonus offers — including but not limited to the use of low-risk wagering strategies designed purely to complete rollover requirements — may have their bonus voided and their account reviewed for abuse.

Gameplay Rules

In the event of any inconsistency between a game's in-built rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail except where the game rules provide greater specificity on a point directly related to the game's mechanics.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wp999 platform. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one wp999 account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other non-human means to interact with wp999's platform.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other form of financial crime through your wp999 account.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any bugs discovered must be reported to wp999 support immediately.
• Colluding with other players in card games, poker, or any other competitive game format.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports corruption in connection with bets placed on wp999.
• Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using stolen financial credentials.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions made through your wp999 account via your bank or payment provider.
• Harassment, abuse, or threats directed at wp999 staff, agents, or other users.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wp999 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the wp999 platform or its content without prior written authorisation from wp999.

Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to verification requirements.

Disputes & Governing Law
